The Montage Deer Valley includes 81 whole ownership luxury Montage Residences. Unit sizes will range from approximately 1,250 to 6,950 square feet.

Furnished Residences will be offered as one to four bedroom condominiums with décor inspired by the hotel's specialty suites. Furnished units will range in size from 1,235 to 3,380 square feet with a selection of these units containing two keys to provide a lock-off unit or private bedroom suite. Unfurnished residences will be located on the top four floors of the resort, ranging in size from 1,920 to 6,950 square feet. The unfurnished residences will have a variety of custom floor plans including some dramatic two-story residences. Many of the units will contain a bonus media room and den/office. With interior finishes comparable to the furnished residences, these larger units will appeal to the individual or family looking for the Montage Deer Valley design décor, while still allowing for customized interior furnishings that suit the purchaser's personal tastes.

The Montage Residences will enjoy access to the Montage services and amenities including valet parking, restaurants, spa and fitness, ski concierge, kids programs, housekeeping, room service and maintenance support. While currently under construction, it is anticipated that the Montage Residences will go to market in late 2009.
