The Montage Resort at Deer Valley includes 90 whole ownership luxury residences. Unit sizes range from approximately 1,800 square feet to 5,500 square feet. Two different product types are planned. The first is a fully furnished Hotel Suite Condominium product ranging from two to four bedrooms. Most of the three and four bedroom product is configured with a lock-off bedroom. The concept for the Hotel Suite Condominium product is to offer "turnkey" product that has similar features and appointments as the hotel suites in the Montage. The balance of the residences are larger penthouse units generally configured as three, four, and five bedroom residences either fully finished or ready to be furnished by the purchaser. All the Montage Residences will enjoy access to the Montage services and amenities, including the resort restaurants, the spa, ski concierge, housekeeping, room service and maintenance support. It is anticipated that the Montage Residences will go to market midway through construction in late 2008.
