The Residences at the Montage Beverly Hills will be the ultimate in Beverly Hills luxury penthouse condominium living. The Residences will be located within the hotel and have ten-foot clear height in the livable residential space of each unit. The design plans include high-end finishes, custom millwork, top-of-the-line appliances, granite countertops, specialty light fixtures, and wood, carpet, and stone flooring. Every unit will be equipped with top-of-the-line security systems and sound insulation. The Residences will feature a formal double-door entryway with a powder room and guest closet that leads to a generous great room. There will be gas fireplaces in the great room and in the master bedroom of every Residence. Each residence will have expansive private balconies with stone flooring. The master bedrooms will include walk-in closets, and the master bathrooms will feature separate steam showers with heated bathroom floors.
The Residential Component of the Development will consist of 20 individual luxury condominium residences on the top three floors of the Montage Beverly Hills with private elevator access to each floor. Penthouse residents will enjoy all the amenities and services of the hotel, including an exclusive residential concierge, 24-hour room service, housekeeping, and valet, as well as access to the Spa Montage, rooftop pool, and all of the restaurant and bar facilities.
Valet, self parking and private storage will be available to each owner in a separate and secure residential parking area with private elevator access to the residences. The residences will also have the benefit of a private pedestrian entrance on North Beverly Drive, just off of Wilshire Boulevard.
The Montage Beverly Hills is being developed by The Athens Group for Beverly Hills Luxury Hotel, LLC - a partnership between The Athens Group and private investors. Currently under construction.
